Notes from newspaper of Club Penguin

Today issue #278 of the Club Penguin Times was released! While I was looking at the new stories and the upcoming events, something spectacular caught my eye! If you scroll down to the bottom of the first page by the “Upcoming Events” section, there is a little sticky note that says:
“In celebration of puffles, from Feb. 11 – Apr. 21, every two weeks, TWO pins will be hidden on the island.”
